This is my first bobblehead and I am plead. So is my wife, who is the subject of the bobblehead. The process was user friendly and the communication excellent. The likeness to my wife in the final product is very good. The entire family saw her open the gift box on Xmas and the bobblehead was one of the more talked about gifts. I think I will do another in 2014.
