Product Description

During his presidency, Roosevelt initiated the construction of the Panama Canal, increased regulation against big business, improved national forest and sanctuary programs, and passed the Food and Drug Act. In his 1904 re-election campaign, Roosevelt won by the largest popular vote majority ever received by any presidential candidate. In November 1902, Roosevelt attended a bear hunt in Mississippi, where a bear was tracked, clubbed, and tied up. He was appalled at the treatment of the bear and refused to allow anyone to claim it. A cartoon of this story became wildly popular, and "Teddy's bear" became a longlasting nationwide legend. Theodore Roosevelt became the first American President to be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

Product Reviews

5.0 / 5 Based on 12 Reviews
"They were shipped to me very fast and the product did not disappoint. It was packed with care and of high quality, would recommend to anyone looking for bobble heads." - Cade
"Great likeness; but I am not a big fan of him dressed in his Rough Rider's uniform. I would rather have seen him in his clothes that he wore at the White House." - Tom Watson
"Very pleased with quality/likeness. Only constructive criticism is the base rocks slightly while bobbling. Would suggest increased weighted base. Other than that I would highly recommend. " - Jordan
"Highly detailed and well painted. The glasses are a great touch." - Bruce Bailey
"Great figure. Tough to decide how to honor Teddy but they did a good job here capturing the things that made him who he was. " - Scott
