Marvin the Martian first appeared in a Warner Brothers’ Looney Tunes cartoon entitled “Haredevil Hare” in 1948. Although only 5 cartoons were made with Marvin in them, he developed a devoted cult following. His Roman uniform represents Mars, the Roman god of war, but when Bugs Bunny first saw Marvin’s head and helmet he thought it was a bowling ball wearing a spittoon. Marvin’s trademark quotes are, "This makes me so angry, very angry indeed" and "Where’s the kaboom? There was supposed to be an earth-shattering kaboom!"

Armed and ready to evaporate the Earth, Marvin the Martian Wacky Wobbler stands approximately 7” tall in his trademark helmet and Martian suit. Marvin is made out of lightweight polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic, a thermoplastic polymer that is commonly used to make figurines because it can be molded into any shape and it is compatible with a wide variety of different paint finishes.
