After the shocking discovery of inoperable lung cancer, Walter White, local high school chemistry teacher and family man, turns to the manufacturing of methamphetamine to secure his family’s financial future. Walt finds himself in over his head in the drug underworld with Walt’s brother-in-law, and DEA team lead, Hank Schrader, hot on the trail of his alter ego, “Heisenberg,”. With a new sense of fearlessness based on his medical prognosis, and a desire to provide for his family, Walt chooses to enter the dangerous world of drugs and crime.
