Everything was perfect when it arrived. It arrived very well packed so it could no way be broken. When I set it up for the fist time the only thing I noticed that the heads where just a little bit to close. So when you made one head move it hit the other head and made it move. If the prongs coming out of the couch were about a 1/8 or 1/4" further apart everything would of been perfect. Other then that I was and so where my parents very satisfied.
