When will my order ship?
Non-custom bobbleheads orders ship within 48 hours of an order being placed. The exception are those orders placed on the weekends and/or holidays since warehouses are closed. Custom bobblehead orders depend on the fabrication processing time you select during the checkout process.

How does Bobbleheads.com protect my information?
Orders placed with Bobbleheads.com are made using a secure server, on a secure page. The secure server (SSL) encrypts your information before sending to Bobbleheads.com. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

We also accept checks and money orders (in advance) as payment, if you'd like to send us payment by mail. To pay this way, just select the "check by mail" option at checkout, and you will be given instructions on where to send the check. Once we receive the check and have time for it to clear, we will ship your order.
