Administrative Sales Support / Inside Sales - Alpharetta Office

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing, well-organized, computer-oriented go-getter that is excited to join our team and help us take our business to the next level. Working from our headquarters in Alpharetta, you will be responsible for taking and processing wholesale orders, answering phones, providing customer service to wholesale and retail customers, and following up on and creating new sales leads. Potential for additional earnings through sales commissions. PROFESSIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

• Take and process wholesale orders using Quickbooks. This includes entering the orders, requesting shipping quotes, processing credit card payments, and authorizing shipping.
• Provide outstanding customer service while responding to customer inquiries regarding retail and wholesale lines of business via email and telephone communication. This includes but is not limited to providing pricing details, responding to requests for information, issuing product information including availability, assisting with the online order process, and handling order and customer issues and complaints.
• Update appropriate websites with the addition of new products and product availability as well as product descriptions and details.
• Monitoring MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Compliance.
• Maintain and Grow Sales Group Network to cover all regions of the United States.
• Create sales growth by following up on existing leads and assisting in creating new leads.

• 2+ years minimum of full-time professional administrative, customer service, or sales experience is required.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills are required.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude is required. You must have the ability to give ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service to every customer, and to handle customer complaints or concerns with grace, patience, and professionalism.
• You must be detail oriented and enjoy working in fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• A high degree of personal integrity and character is required.
• Proficient computer & internet skills including Microsoft Office applications are required.
• Quickbooks experience is a big plus
• You must have a clean background and must pass a background check and drug test.
• You must be willing and able to work onsite in our Alpharetta office full-time.
